Terms of Service & Client Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Patron”, “Client”, or “You”) and VISRA by Vishnupriya (“We”, “Us”, “Atelier”), governing your access to and orders placed via visrabyvishnupriya.com.

By creating an account, engaging our WhatsApp VIP concierge, or purchasing an ensemble, you agree to comply with all operational policies detailed herein.

Every VISRA piece is woven on traditional hand-operated wooden pit looms and hand-embroidered by skilled karigars. Because of this slow human artistry:

• Natural Yarn Slubs & Texture: Subtle organic variations in the silk slub, weft density, or zari luster are natural hallmarked signatures of authentic handloom weaving, not factory defects.
• Hand-Dyed Color Nuance: Natural silk absorbs organic dyes differently depending on humidity and altitude during the drying process. Minor 2% shade variance under different lighting temperatures is characteristic of genuine artisanal textiles.
• Hand Needlecraft Placement: Each sequin, moti, and zardozi thread is individually hand-fastened. No two creations are machine-identical; each carries the personal touch of its master artisan.

All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are completely inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Standard orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement for a 100% immediate refund.
• Bespoke / Customized Orders: Once our master tailors have begun cutting custom patterns or hand-dyeing silk fabrics after 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

All creative assets—including the VISRA by Vishnupriya trademark, signature paisley motifs, campaign photography, lookbooks, and design silhouettes—are the exclusive intellectual property of Vishnupriya Design Atelier.

Any unauthorized commercial duplication, reproduction, or counterfeiting is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and Trade Marks Act 1999.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the rare instance of an unresolved dispute following concierge mediation, the competent courts of New Delhi, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
